Manama, Bahrain: Bank ABC, MENA's leading international bank, successfully held its Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings on Sunday, 24 March 2024. • Cash payment of a 2.25% dividend of US$ 2.25 cents for each outstanding share (net of treasury shares) for approximately US$ 70 million, a 50% year-on-year increase (2022 dividend of US$1.5 cents per share).
  • Transfer of US$ 23.5 million to the legal reserve.
  • Transfer of the remaining balance of approximately US$ 142.3 million to the retained earnings.
